![]() ![]() (And node.js being Javascript, they tend to be a bit liberal when applying frameworks, build tools, and package managers It seems in the Javascript community everyone believes they can do it better than someone else. It is the (original?) package manager for node.js, though there are others, just as there are other build tools for node.js. Nuget is a packaging application, much like ZIP and both PSGallery and Chocolately support it (pretty sure PSGallery requires it). I believe the original intent was for it to be a competitor to Chocolatey but that fell by the wayside and now it's just modules and scripts. PowerShellGet is the technology that you use to access the PSGallery. Chocolatey is 3rd party but supports all kinds of applications. Also, PSGallery is limited to PowerShell modules and scripts. ![]()
